The White Horse Inn owned by a Jewish refugee family during World War II witnessed the Shanghai life of Jewish refugees during the war. The White Horse Inn has been restored to its original look. Now people can still walk into it to recall the past and enjoy a cup of coffee.Today's White Horse Inn contains a large amount of structural components of the original building as well as old furniture that have been kept in good condition. The second floor is a temporary exhibition area where visitors can experience the impact of precious historical materials while enjoying coffee. There is a large garden in front of the cafe, allowing visitors to taste the multiculturalism and inclusiveness of the city amid its hustle and bustle.
