Visitor from Abroad Donating Blood to Express Gratitude

On May 1st, 2023, Doron Shapir, a visitor from Israel, visited Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum with his friend. During the visit, Doron was warmly received by the staff from the museum and was deeply touched to learn about Shanghai's assistance to Jewish refugees from Europe during World War II. On the way back, Doron felt excited and felt the need to do his bit to help the kind and enthusiastic Chinese people. Later, Doron encountered a bloodmobile on the streets of Shanghai and resolutely decided to donate blood. In addition to donating blood, Doron also took the initiative to contact the staff of the museum to bridge the way for international cooperation.
